1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a workshop, accessing our website, or using any services provided by Carmy Labs Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Carmy Labs Inc provides live, 2-hour Zoom-based workshops designed to help developers work with Claude Code and migrate away from Replit. We offer two tiers:

Workshops are held daily at 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM PST, with a maximum of 3 spots per session.

3. Booking & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your workshop date, time, and Zoom link details.

4. Refund & Cancellation

24+ Hours Before Your Workshop

Full refund, no questions asked. Email chris@carmylabs.com with your booking details and we will process your refund promptly.

Less Than 24 Hours Before

No refund is available. You may request to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability.

No-Shows

No refund for missed workshops without prior cancellation.

Learning Pace Guarantee

If you attend a workshop and feel the pace was too fast, you are entitled to attend an additional session at a slower, more personalized pace — at no extra cost. Email chris@carmylabs.com within 7 days of your original workshop to arrange this.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, methodologies, presentations, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Carmy Labs Inc. You may not record, redistribute, reproduce, or resell any workshop content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our workshops are educational in nature and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, cost savings, or performance improvements. Individual results depend on your specific setup, codebase, technical requirements, and implementation decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carmy Labs Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the workshop giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
